What's the actual difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers everything you need to start: up to 5 properties, unlimited rooms and tenants, payment tracking, basic invoices, late-payment notifications, and the occupancy calendar.
Pro adds: unlimited properties, advanced reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AR aging, Transaction History), down payment and deposit handling, PDF & CSV export, custom date ranges, guest count tracking, extra file uploads per tenant, clean watermark-free receipts, and priority WhatsApp support. Can I try Pro before paying?
Yes. Kamaru offers a 14-day free trial for Pro (monthly & yearly plans). No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial. Start the trial from the paywall inside the app.
How do I pay?
Payments go through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Choose from: Monthly, Yearly (saves about 2 months vs monthly), or Lifetime (pay once, keep Pro forever). Currency follows your store account's country — IDR for Indonesian accounts, USD for international.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open your subscription settings in the App Store or Google Play and cancel from there — no commitment, no questions asked. Pro access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Lifetime doesn't need to be cancelled — once you buy, it's yours.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?
Your data stays safe — nothing is deleted. But Pro-only features become limited: properties beyond the first 5 get locked (data is still there, just needs Pro to unlock again), reports show sample data instead of real data, PDF/CSV exports are blocked, and so on. Upgrade again anytime to restore full access.
When do Pro features activate after I upgrade?
Immediately. Once payment succeeds, Pro features unlock within seconds via RevenueCat sync — no need to restart the app. Watermarks disappear from receipts, locked properties unlock, and reports start showing real data right away.
